Sorry for the deep face Lol. This is one of the few pictures I have of my green hair (old phone got stolen) anyways this is manic panic electric lizard mixed with sally Hansen Bright's in azure, I think that's what its called but its either the lightest blue in the line or second lightest. I also had my hair dip dyed this color with splat pink fetish and it looked so amazing and bright. but beware; EVERYWHERE people ask about your hair. So be prepared lol.
