I use browns, greens n a lot of silvers for eye shadow. I use winged eye liner to define my eyes. (:
First pic is just the eye shadow. Second is full makeup with wings.

The colors opposite than of green on the color wheel will mostly closely suit green eyes. So purples, burgundys, plums, cranberry, reds, coppers, and golds really make green eyes pop. Here's some more inspiration!
