Splochy Foundation Help

I use my smashbox foundation everyday but lately it's been looking really splochy and uneven, I use a really nice primer and I pat power in not drag it so I don't know what the problem is. any thoughts?

I use my Olay spin brush every night. and I use a nice moisturizer twice a day, I only powder over my foundation to set it.
