So I've been wanting to have long hair for a while now. For some reason my hair takes a really long while to grow back.. I wear extensions as well but Any tips on how I can grow it out??

Also time, people always say how they love my long hair and ask how I got it but I just wash it and only trim it when needed. Also I don't use heat and just overall take care of my hair. Just take care of your hair and wait.
