Hey! :) I'm going to have a photoshoot soon, together with my best friend- and I need to know how I can better my appearance with makeup, especially with contouring (I'm such a noob at contouring) and eye makeup so that I look good on the photos :) Any suggestions?
The photoshoot is going to take place in a beautiful park :)

Thank you <3

I think you are gorgeous without and with makeup! since it's such a natural setting I would maybe go with something simple like winged liner and a bright lip and filled in brows :)

I can give you some makeup suggestion. I don't think you need to contour though some blush and light bronzer or highlight would look pretty.

I would personally just go with very light contouring. Then I would apply bronzer sparingly to the high points of your face, and highlight where you need to highlight. For eye makeup I would keep it simple. Like maybe a champagne color in you crease up to your brow bone. A matte soft cream as your brow highlight. And a light taupe or soft brown in your crease. I would just make sure it is all blended really well though. Then I would just apply some black-brown mascara, a nude liner on the water line to keep it bright and healthy looking, and finish with a nice peachy lip.

My other idea is going bright and geometric. You could try a bright colored geometric shadow shape, with bold lashes and a bright lippie. But that is the total opposite eblnd of the spectrum. Here us a pic of what I mean... and actually not really geometric, just bold and bright.

What kind of Photo shoot is it? This usually helps narrow the look down.

I second the first look MaKenzie described. I was picturing it in my head and I think it would be perfect for a photoshoot at a park.

@Alma: as I said, the photoshoot will be in a park, together with my best friend (like a best-friend-photoshoot) :)

I understood the picture's in the park with a friend just wasn't clear if it was an actual photo shoot for publication in turn they usually give you a heads up of the style or theme. Now I understand, you have a whimsical look so something along the lines with that and the park would look Beautiful.

When doing photoshoots makeup artists use a heavy amount of makeup... Sometimes the flash or light can wash out a normal amount of makeup and it won't show up.

Thank you so much :)

@Tiffany: that's why I'm worried if a natural look woul actually look good on the photo :)
I once had a professional photoshoot (as a model) and I was caked with makeup (a makeup artist did my makeup) and it looked horrible in real life but great on the photos lol. :D
