I Need Help With My Hair!

Hello beauties.
I used to have a very long thick hair all my my life & one day I got so bored & I made probably tje worst decision I've ever made in my life. I chopped it off. my hair is now have gone from belly button length to shoulder length. I have mo experience w short hair whatsoever.
I have a wedding to attend to this April & I have no idea how I should style my hair. I don't feel pretty with my short hair & I'm thinking to do an updo (to hide my short hair) but I don't know what kind of updo!
I am freaking out right now. please help!

Oh come on, you still have hair! learn to love it regardless!! it's similar styling to long hair but slight changes to it. I love short hair!

Yeah, I'm trying to be positive. having short hair is very new to me & I'm trying to get used to it. I am too comfortable with my long hair & I don't have a clue what to do with short hair.

I bet it looks amazing and young and fresh! I'd say make beachy waves/curls and pin strands randomly in the back, it sounds weird but it looks awesome. Otherwise, thin headbands work with a low bun, maybe french braid the hair nearest to your hairline!!

That's how I feel! I hate my short hair:( and the bad thing is I got layers so I can't even put in in a bun without it being everywhere :/ but what I do is Braid my bangs and pin them. or curl it.

It was. I've had long long hair all my life! guess I was bored with long hair & wanted to look fresh. ahh, just have to get use to short hair now.
