hi ladies I want to know the differences between water based and silicone foundation/primer?
which do you guys think is better

I use the silicone primer by Sephora brand and It feels like it plumps your skin up

Silicone based products create barriers between your skin & the product. It's good for more oily skin as it controls oil better. Water based products tend to break down easier, but are great for drier skin types. =]
