It's a dress for when a girl particularly Hispanic, turns 15, that's when she basically goes from girl to young lady/woman, so it's a big celebration, it's kind of like a sweet 16 but instead of waiting till they're 16 they do it when she's 15 :-) ^

You could find dama dresses in your local mall? Also try polyvore, in that app you could look at all types of dresses & when you click on them it gives you the price & where you could find them :-) goodluck!
