Tomorrow morning I'm going to the capital to celebrate 100 years of 4H and I'm supposed to dress nice because I'm meeting with senators and stuff. I have to wear this shirt but I don't know how to do my makeup, hair and if I should wear a skirt or pants. I can't wear jeans. Thanks in advance!
