Do you think my wig should be extended out more?

and also, I have the rimmel stay matte primer but is it okay to use a powder foundation over it or should I use a liquid? I noticed my face looked super dry and caked up in some places after trying it.(very first time)

Yes I think you should extend it more and thin it out, perhaps skip the waterline in black. your eyes would look amazing.
