Sorry for the question spam but I'm flying to mexico next month and I was wondering what kind of satchels/backpacks would be cute to carry around while traveling and for everyday use if it helps, I'm visiting a rural mountainous region. thanks (:

Oh my gosh! That's awesome! I'm supposed to go with my dad (yes I'm Mexican, he is full Mexican) and we are driving down! He owns a house down there! Anyways, I would bring a big slouchy purse , I mean BIG and put in all of your items you think you'll need on the plane in that bag! I've never been on a plane so this is probably not helpful at all...

I am on planes a lot lol and I mean like in the plane for even 15 hours so I know. Anyways carry everything that's comfy like a jacket light blanket phone head phones or earphones makeup if needed and anything else that might be helpful but carry a big bag.

Carry something like a duffel bag but not a humongous one cause then that would be considered luggage.

After 14 years of traveling on planes I've learned that it's best to travel light. When I'm traveling by plane I usually bring a small carry on luggage (8 kg) and then a small backpack/purse. This is because it's easier/faster to get through security and when your walking around the airport your arms don't get tired from carrying a bunch of stuff. If you'd like to have another larger bag (for everyday or if your hiking there) you can pack it into your carry on.

This is the bag I brought last year. :)

This is the carry on I've used for the past few years, it's a Samsonite. It's very durable and light weight, plus it has spinner wheels so you can maneuver it though smaller areas.
Also if you're staying there for a while you could bring a regular sized luggage that you can check in. I'd suggest putting some sort of tag on your luggage so you can easily spot which one is yours if it gets lost. lol that's why there's a giraffe on mine.

My Dad was born in Manzanillo , Colima! I would bring something similar to this!! It's big, roomy and cute! It's more officey type but still comfortable! If you have a Burlington Coat Factory near you, they have a big selection of cute big bags that could be carry ons!
