When I went to mine a few years ago I wore lace blue summer dress and kitten heels lol. I was only 13 I didn't wanna over do it. No one was super dressed up at the dance it was more of a party for us if anything. As for makeup, I would keep it light with winged eyeliner and maybe a lip stain and mascara. Have fun :) good luck in high school!

Just get a nice dress from Forever 21 because it's not a super formal thing that you want to spend money on.
