Easiest way to make wrinkles on face without latex? In detail please! I'm working on a top secret project and I'm not too keen on latex it breaks me out like crazy!

Toilet paper and Elmer's glue! I found a YouTube video that shows how to use ordinary household products and tried it on my kids. it works great! I don't know the lasting ability though. there's a pic on my profile if you wanna see how it turned out. you can mold the tissue to long look however you want.
