So lovely's I have a huge problem. I use to get my hair professionally colored but I haven't in a long time bkz I started school and haven't been able to work. So my question is could I use box color to color my hair myself? Even though I use to get it professionally done? Also my roots are showing a lot so I'm not sure if that's would be a problem either. Sorry for such a long question.

I use to box color my hair before too but ever since my older sister got me hooked on someone doing it for me I've been stuck on it & my hair stylist would always say not to dye my hair with box color bkz it damaging but I think she would just saying that so I would keep going to her lol. But my hair is like a brown color too.
