Any ways to fill in thick eyebrows

I was wondering the same thing for my daughter who is just beginning to play with make-up and wants to buff up her brows. We found the best look so far using a dark matte shadow in black/brown using short strokes with an angled brush. Then we applied a light wax to kinda seal it and keep it intact. I would post her pic but she is a little shy and isnt ready to introduce herself to Beautylish.
