You would have to bleach your hair in order to get it light enough to pick up that shade of green.

I had that color when I went to Florida. I went to sally's & got the product Ion in the colors Turquoise & Green & I just kinda played with it. also bleaching your hair with the right levels is also going to determine the out of the shades. I bleached my hair 2 times with a level 30 developer & l'oreal quick blue bleaching powder.
