I would say no, I'm very indecisive when buying also.. And the things I can't really decide if I like it or not , I pick no because I might never wear it and I could most likely find something that I forsure really like , just giving a suggestion to look for something you really like before buying something your not sure about😊

I think it's really pretty! It's also better because you're flat chested, otherwise it would be easy to fall out of it. I think you should get it, that colour looks amazing on you

I think its so cute!! I'm on the same page as ella I like dresses like that on flat chested girls its not over the top with clevage and you won't fall out for sure.

Go for it! If you're concerned about being flat chested you can always invest in a good push up bra.
