Bio oil face toner?

I know this sounds crazy but I just purchased bio oil for an old piercing scar but it also says it's used for uneven skin tone, ageing skin, dehydrated skin along with scars. So I'm wondering if this could be used as a face toner.

I tried bio oil for stretch marks during my pregnancy but I didn't notice much of a difference after using it. I am not sure if it would work well on the face.

Don't use bio oil if you're acne prone, please..save yourself!

I only use bio oil at night as a moisturizer. It help my skin from being dry.
