Combination skincare routine

I have combination skin,and think my skincare routine is making my face dry and flaky. I use simple cleanser and toner,neutrogena blackhead scrub and superdrug vitamin e face cream. Does anyone have any suggestions for products which would help keep my skin well moisturised but not ruin my tzone? Thanks!
