How can I get overnight spiral curls? I usually just do 3 regular braids but it's not the same..
Also what's a good oil to strengthen hair? Coconut oil?
Lastly, have you ever tried beach spray and how did it work for you? Thanks!

You can do pin curls and sleep on them, there's tons I tutorials on YouTube and yeah, coconut oil is great for strengthening hair. I have mostly straight hair and beach spray works pretty well for me. I used the got2b one. I forgot what it's called.

Twist sections of your hair and then pin them on top of your head in the morning your hair will be super curly so you can brush it out for softer curls. take as many sections as needed depending on how thick your hair is. I take just 2 sections and it works great but I have thin hair. hope this helps!

FLEXRODS oh my goodness I cannot express my love for them enough. They're sold at any beauty supply store, usually 10 in a pack. You twist your hair around them like you're using a curling iron, either bobby pin or clip the hair in place and twist the ends, go to sleep and you have beautiful curls.
