Can anyone help me on how to get these curls?! My hair is a little past my shoulders and I really want to try these curls. How can I achieve it with a curling iron? Rollers? Please help!

This looks similar to when I do "headband curls". Go on You tube and check out a tutorial, it's pretty simple and since you're curling your hair without any heat it's a healthier option for your hair.
