Can you use concealer as a base for your eyeshadow?

I'm learning about makeup and I was wondering if concealer could be used as a base for eyeshadow.

If it's a thick concealer from a concealer pot, I think it would be okay. But if it's liquidy, no.

You can but you need a creaseless concealer. I've used my Tarte Maracuja concealer & it works perfectly.

I think your can use the mac concealer as a primer I've heard some ppl use it lyk that

I use my e.l.f. concealer stick and set it with powder. It actually works better than a primer for me.

I use a thick cream concealer and it works fine. I use that in a lighter shade

Yes most definitely
