I bought an Essie nail polish on ebay could it be fake or just different packaging? It's the light pink one. It has an 'e' imprinted on it and my real one doesn't.

The bottles look basically the same except for the little things.
There is a good change that it is a fake. But if it works well then it should be no big deal.

I've bought Essie from some stores and it has the E on the top. I don't think it's fake.

It isn't fake, the one on the left I bought from Target and the one on the right from Ulta. Some Essie polishes just have different packaging, I believe all of the ones sold at Ulta have the name on the bottom.

The best thing to do is to look up the color on the Essie account to see if they carry the color
