I want to change the way I do my makeup. I have bright blue eyes and dirty blond/brown hair. I usually wear a tan color on my lid with a dark brown on the outer corner and regular eyeliner and mascara, but that's getting kinda old. Help please? :)

Use some colored eye liners to make your eyes pop.
