I have medium thick blonde hair, and I'm constantly trying to achieve curly hair, but I'm trying to keep my hair healthy and avoid heat styling products. Advice?

Foam rollers!!!!! I've had so many comments when I use them, you can buy them from any drugstore! After having a shower or simply dampen your hair you put the foam rollers in, sleep with them in over night...the curls are amazing!!!

French braid your hair into pigtails when it's wet, and let them dry overnight. In the morning, take of the elastics and untangle your hair
