I have combination skin but based on reviews and hear say. A foundation with a dewey finish like Neutrogena Healthy Skin or Loreal True match Lumi. I dont know about high end foundations

I use Revlon ColorStay. Its formulated for dry skin and it's like $10-$12. Plus it has a really wide color selection and it literally stays on all day. I usually don't use high end foundation because I go through it so quickly, but I've heard Tarte is a really good brand for dry skin foundation. Hope that helps!

Like Brandy said, I use Revlon Colorstay foundation in dry skin as well. It's an awesome foundation! I also use Rimmel lasting finish foundation. It's a moisturizing foundation and it doesn't even feel like I have it on :)
