Forehead acne help!

I have these skin colored bumps all over my forehead- my dermatologist gave me tretenoin to treat these "closed comedones" (white heads trapped under skin ) but I can't se to get rid of them- any ideas?? I just want smooth skin!

I drink water like a fish! I am going to try to keep it more consistent though- and I use my clarisonic probably two times a week... how else can I get rid of them? I usually do wear my hair in a ponytail
