I also suggest biotin! It helped me.

It's probably not the growing factor that's your problem, but rather your ends of the hair, if they are dead and breaking off, it will appear your hair isn't growing, when in fact as its growing, it's breaking off at the ends, making no progress, to buy leave in conditioner by infusium ($7.00) and get a few inches off, followed by a good half inch every 6 weeks or so! Your hair should be lucious and long by next year (try to refrain from using excessive heat or chemicals on your hair and check the ph of your shampoos and conditioners!

Check out Mega-Tek, believe it or not but its horse shampoo that women, even men, rant about. It makes your hair grow faster but more importantly makes it stronger and healthy :)

Yes yes like Carmen said, add in a biotin supplement. There really are sooo many ways to improve your hair. Focus on the overall health of your hair and it will grow! Weekly coconut oil treatments, lots of water, a healthy diet and exercise, washing your hair as little as possible, no heat whatsoever, scalp massages, even holding your head upside down for thirty seconds a day can help to bring blood flow to your scalp. ;)

Massage your scalp to encourage blood flow. I recommend Mane&Tail Shampoo and Conditioner. My hair became thicker and I noticed my hair grew faster when I started to use it.

Viviscal! It's a vitamin supplement you can get online or at drugstores. Many people in the industry swear by it!

Braids and buns can cause breakage lines in you're hair, if you out a braid in your hair every day your hair would all start to break at the same length, leave your hair down, don't blow dry!! Don't brush when wet, (only wide tooth comb gently) and don't staighten or curl, let it do its thing lol
