So here's one for you...
Should I use my lid primer and then go onto apply my eye makeup? As in no foundation or powder on the eyelid or brow bone?
My eyelids are very dark so I usually apply a foundation and set it with powder, then eyeliner and mascara of course but no eyeshadow. But lately I've been getting more into eyeshadow and am not sure of all the techniques or the order to apply things. Thanks for volunteering to advise me!
