I use 3 tablespoons of antibacterial hand soap mixed with 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. Mix in bowl then dip brush into it a little bit and swirl it and swipe it back and forth on your hand. When you see the makeup coming off on your hand rinse with tepid to warm water until it run clear with bristles pointing down. Squeeze out excess water, reshape and let it air dry completely laying flat on a paper towel. (Depending on how dirty your brush is, you may want to wash it twice.)
