How to get rid of two painful pimples in less than three days?

My skin is normally clear, except for the occasional pimple around that time of the month , but I just got these two painful pimples ,(likely cystic) on my right temple, and I don't know how to get ride of them before Friday, I need it to be quick because my friends birthday is Friday! And we are doing a ton of stuff on the weekend! Please help!!

I use alcohol on mine to dry them up. Just a qtip with rubbing alcohol and apply it directly to the pimple
