Nothing will get rid of a breakout completely overnight though. Use a witch hazel toner which will reduce redness and swelling.

I Had Never Used Aspirin On my face n when I put it on my pimple OMG the next day it was small n dried out.:)
you just get a uncoated.aspirietabler n put like 2+3 drop of.water.on it.until its a little thick paste n.put it on your pimple/s love it.:)

Please do not use toothpaste. A tool that will always come in handy is a lance extractor. Use this to drain your pimple, then follow up with Witch Hazel. Mint Julep Mask (sold at Walgreens) really helps with breakouts.
