Cover girl clump crusher extensions lash blast is super good. it makes your eyelashes super long and it doesn't clump them together. it's like 5-10$

You could put some mascara on a brow brush (the comb side not the brush side) and apply it like tht. You can apply 2-3 time and it won't look lumpn

When applying, wiggle the wand from side to side and rotate it.

Try a different one thine with a dry formula I like badgal by benefit it is awesome - also high impact by Clinique is good too.

Before you go out and spend $20+, try One by One by Maybelline. I used it years ago and forgot how much I loved it! The wand is soft, no clumping, and it separates!
