I have tried several high end foundations and I ALWAYS go back to the L'Or?al Lumi. They have an amazing selection and there is a neutral shade that fits my dry skin just right. It looks glowy and covers well without ever looking caked on. It's easily buildable and an all around great foundation in my opinion.  :)

The Clinique foundations are nice I have combo skin but I think you used the moisture surge line it would work well for you - I used their cc cream in winter and I thought it hydrated my skin well.
