I'm afraid I don't have any neutral looks for you, but my everyday products are: Urban Decay Primer Potion, Lancôme Cils Booster XL lash primer, Per-fekt Lash Perfection Gel, Nars The Multiple in Maui, and Urban Decay 24/7 Liner in Perversion. I almost always use Perversion as a tightline or a super thin line across my lids over the rest of my look, I don't like it for winged eyeliner.
