I have really yellowish skin tone under and above my eyes. if I don't put eyeliner, it seems I havent slept for many days and look extremely pale. what should I do to even my skin tone in that region and look more youthful?

Do you have a skincare routine? Keeping up a good skincare routine will definitely help make your skin glow. Also, using homemade face masks will probably be very good for you. I would ask around and see what face masks people recommend. For now to cover it up you might want to look into cc creams which stands for "colour correcting" which should help even out your skin tone.

The eye area is very delicate so you want to be careful to not get anything into your eye. I've heard making a cucumber paste is good for the eye area, as well as honey. I don't do a lot of face masks so I hope someone who does can suggest some to you, also google some homemade face masks as well (:
Having a good diet with plenty of vegetables and drinking lots of water also helps a lot around the eye area.

You can also try one of those eye serums that comes with the little steel ball applicators. I got a free sample & I thought this product targeted those with puffiness because the cold steel ball helps reduce puffiness. But I really didnt think it was going to help with my darkness but it did. I'm so happy with the results that I just bought a 2nd bottle. I'm not sure why its working...the formula or the steel ball massage (possibly encouraging lymph drainage?) Its the Lancome Genifique Eye Pearl...something... (sorry I don't have it with me right now.
