Unfortunately you couldn't achieve this exact look with nail polish. You could get a silvery, reflective color but not the full on effect. These are actually stick ons. You can find them here: http://www.aliexpress.com/popular/chrome-false-nails.html and they sell different colors as well as the chrome/silver. Good luck 💋

I want to say I've seen Essie have a chrome one before! But I would just google how to get chrome/mirror/metallic nails

There's OPI's Push And Shove but not even as reflective as stickers. Really pretty though.
