I have two small black heads just above my lips. how do I get rid of them?

Because of their location, I would recommend you don't touch them at all. Extracting methods and pore strips (the things you'd normally do for black heads) will only inflame and irritated the skin around your lips turning those black heads into white heads. Apply 3% hydrogen peroxide to the area with a qtip to slowly break down the bacteria but don't touch it :) I hope this helps and good luck!!

I Agree with Jacqlyn salicylic acid cleanser and you can put some diluted tee tree on it
