What's the upkeep of fake tans like?
What's your routine?

I know there's a lot that goes into it like moisturizing, exfoliating things like that..

From what I heard you have to completely remove it before you reapply? Is that true

I need some color in my life >.< every time in try and get a bit of sun it ends up cold or raining. Oh the bipolar weather..

Well I do love fake tans sometimes, but yes it's a hassle! After a few days it will become very splotchy an even with exfoliation it can look pretty bad a few days! But no I don't always wait before reapplication I think it's up to you! Definitely invest in a primer and exfoliation though!

There's primers for fake tans?! Lol do you have any recommendations?

I fake tan always here's my routine.
exfoliate in the shower maybe once a week.
apply lotion and let it soak in.
apply fake tan.
then moisturize every night before bed.
I usually apply my fake tan after every shower (which isnt every day)
I also apply regular lotion right after my fake tan but only on my hands so my hands don't look darker on my knuckles.

you definitely don't need to wait for it to completely be gone to re apply. if you get a good fake tanner it will just fade off vs being splotchy. they do make primers but its only a very light moisturizer (so it soaks up quickly) and totally not worth it in my opinion.
