You are deficient in zinc and iron.
for zink: chew pumpkin seeds or eat red meat beef lamb or pork, enriched cereal, plain yogurt, oysters and shrimp.
for iron: black beans, spinach, beef liver, swiss chard.
you must focus on restoring these minerals in your body before it gets severe. your cuticles are a big sign for that so start eating these food or go to the drog store and get supplements
you need 10-15 mg zing per day
and 20 mg iron per day!

Get a body lotion and hand cream that has a buttery feeling such as coconut, almonds.. "St. Ives" is good. apply day and night to keep your skin hydrated and also your cuticles and nails. drink water and get some sleep.
if you don't fix the deficiency, no products will be effective.

Thank you Fatima H, I appreciate your advice. I'll definitely try to eat more of those foods you mentioned above. Even tho I am super picky with foods. I'll try to get supplements too. THANK YOU.
