To make an order from Sephora because someone said all vib's were going to get a 10% discount but it turns out it's for Rouge only. I'm so sad :( and with the order I wanted to make I would of become rouge finally!

If you buy it now wouldn't it turn you into a Rouge and then you could get a discount on something else? Or you could buy something else for the points and then once you become a Rouge you could use the discount for the thing you wanted?
