They work gentle enough for me and I have psoriasis and I use the tree hut sugar scrubs - not necessarily a face sugar scrub but a natural sugar scrub that also has shea and moisturizing oils - I love it.

YES! they are amazing. brown sugar works best. but you do not need to use them every night, use them once a week. match the brown sugar with cucumber or mint. they are both soothing & calming to the skin
