Hey everyone! I would like to ask peoples opinion...I would like to find a good inexpensive eye liner so I can line the top of my eye lid. I would like to find one that does not smear and stick to the top of your lid when you open your eye...advice?

Maybelline makes a black pot eyeliner and comes with a desent brush. It isn't too expensive, but the black liquid eyeliner in the pot is best for the upper lid.
