Not harsh at all, they look perfect 👌😘 I as well have super dark eyebrows, don't need to fill them in at all actually but when I have a full face of makeup I like to just fill sparse hairs the slightest bit, I'd suggest using a dark gray black If that makes sense as opposed to black bc that can end up looking harsh.
