How to change a profile pic??

Hey ladies! I uploaded a pic to my profile and it changed my profile. The pic didn't fully have my face and got cropped on my profile. I can't seem to fix it and/or upload a new one. I uploaded the new pic thinking it would change the profile but it didn't! Help please! Thank you ❤️

Thanks. That's a bummer. On my profile it looks the same but on everything else it looks like I changed it to the new pic that I used whitagram on.
