Lining water line issue.

I line my upper lash water line with urban decays 24/7 liner in black and my bottom lash water line with a nude rimmel scandal eyes liner but the black always ends up transferring onto the nude and making it all grey and the exact opposite of the bright eyed look I'm trying to achieve, any thoughts on how to overcome this?

Which black are you using? Perversion is very creamy and kohl-like, so sometimes it transfers. If you're using Zero, my suggestion would be to set it with a black eyeshadow. And, if you don't already use it, eye primer is a must! Especially with the 24/7 liners, the primer can make it last for literally an entire day. (I've timed it, I wore the 24/7 liner in Rockstar for an entire day, which happened to be the day that I woke up and did my makeup at 5 am, traveled, ran around NYC, traveled some more, and it was still completely perfect when I took it off around midnight. That's a solid 19 hours of lasting perfection.)

Umm it's zero, I like line the underside of my eyelashes, like the waterline to make my eyelashes look thicker so I don't really think I can put primer there :/
