Best waterproof eyeliner?

I'd suggest trying a gel liner. good options are the Inglot (available here on BL), Buxom, Bobbi Brown. I apply all of these with a pencil eyeliner (I dip it into the pot of gel liner), and swipe it on gently. It works really well for me!

Do NOT invest in loreal black gel liner, it drys out too fast and smudges through out the day. Huge waste of money.

I have NYX gel liner and if your looking for something that stays one that sucker won't come off lol but I've never used it on my tight-lining. :0
