I like dress 2 better, and I think it's more suited to a fancy occasion, although I'm not loving either with the black shoes, the dresses are lovely but I don't think they go, do you have any other choices for shoes? X.

But both look more like day dresses to me. Do you have any black skirts or dresses?
You might want a cardigan or wrap of some kind to go over the dress if it is a fancy restaurant. If it was black it would help balance out the shoes, I think. Or I like the chunky black necklace idea too.

You have such a nice figure! Both the dresses don't highlight that at all, and they both are very daytime dresses. Do you have something a bit darker? And something a bit more form fitting?
