Elongate your neck. And keep good posture Like pretend your head is being held up by a string , photos tend to add weight as we know and especially the face at the wrong angle. Look at yourself in a mirror and kind of pose around and practice your smile. Find what angle you think you look best at. For me I've found I look best from the right ( my nose looks funny from the left ) and mostly important don't feel uncomfortable!! Your photographer has done this tons of times and you may get a few silly looking pictures but you go through and find your best shot. If you're uncomfortable it will show in your pictures!
