You could do a lot because your skin looks very neutral toned. I think a nice light blue or purple would look amazing

I recently went red and love it! I had brunette like you. The great thing about it is that over time it does fade but that blends in with your natural dark brown so your roots don't look as noticeable :)

I would get some gold highlights, I think that would look AMAZING on you... but if you are set on color colors I would do a dusty purple or pink.
